1) What does Aspiretech specialize in?
Aspiretech is a staffing partner focused on NetSuite, ERP, SaaS, IT, and finance roles across North America. We help clients build high‑performing teams through permanent (direct‑hire) search, contract/consulting, contract‑to‑hire, and executive search.
2) What services are included when you run a search?
Role scoping and success criteria (intake/kickoff)
Targeted sourcing across our niche network and channels
Initial screening interviews and skills qualification
Curated shortlists with resumes and recruiter notes
Interview coordination and feedback loops
Offer support (comp guidance, start date alignment)
Post‑placement follow‑up and transition support
Verification add‑ons (background checks, etc.) are available upon request.
3) Do you only provide permanent hires?
If you need contract, part‑time, temporary, project‑based, cross‑border, or independent contractor resources, we’ll issue a separate services agreement tailored to that model.
4) How does your fee structure work (for direct‑hire)?
For permanent direct‑hire placements, our fee is a standard percentage of the hired candidate’s first‑year base compensation, inclusive of any guaranteed bonuses/allowances or other guaranteed remuneration.
Invoicing: On the candidate’s confirmed start date
Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
Currency: U.S. placements invoiced in USD; other currencies calculated using the exchange rate on the start date
5) When is a fee owed? What if we hire later?
A fee is due if you hire or engage an Aspiretech‑introduced candidate within 12 months of our introduction. A “hire” also includes referrals you make to affiliates or third parties that result in the candidate’s engagement.
6) What’s your replacement guarantee?
If the hired candidate resigns voluntarily or is terminated for documented performance reasons within the guarantee period, Aspiretech will conduct one (1) replacement search for the same role at no additional placement fee.
Exclusions: Restructuring, downsizing, role elimination, material job/comp changes, hostile or unsafe environments, economic conditions, or Client breach of the Agreement.
How to invoke: Submit a written request before the guarantee period ends (we recommend at least 15 days prior).
7) What if we engage your candidate through an affiliate or third party?
Our agreement includes non‑circumvention protections. If your company—or any affiliate, parent, subsidiary, related entity, recruiter, consultant, or third party—engages an Aspiretech‑introduced candidate within the ownership window, it is deemed a hire and the applicable fee applies.
8) Background Checks & Due Diligence
Do you conduct background checks on candidates?
Aspiretech conducts an initial screening interview and performs basic online due diligence to identify potential red flags as part of our standard recruitment process.
If your organization requires additional, formal background checks—such as:
Criminal / police checks
Employment verification
Education verification
Professional references beyond the standard reference checks
Credit checks (where legally permitted and role‑appropriate)
Identity or right‑to‑work verification
Any third‑party verification services
…we can coordinate these upon written request via an authorized third‑party provider.
Client Approval: Aspiretech will proceed with enhanced screening only after written approval is received.
Costs: All third‑party costs for optional checks are the Client’s responsibility and will be invoiced accordingly.
Timing: We’ll confirm turnaround times with the provider to align with your hiring timeline.
9) How do you protect confidentiality?
All candidate information we share is confidential and may be used solely for evaluation and interviews. Aspiretech also protects your non‑public information (hiring plans, compensation, processes, methods) and discloses only as necessary to perform services or as required by law.
10) What are the typical timelines?
Thanks to our NetSuite/ERP specialization, most clients see qualified shortlists quickly. Overall timelines depend on role complexity, interviews/assessments, and offer processes. We’ll align milestones during kickoff to keep the project on track.
11) What if we need to pause or cancel a search?
Notify your Aspiretech contact. If a hire has occurred (or an Aspiretech‑introduced candidate is later hired within the ownership window), fee terms still apply. Otherwise, we can pause and re‑activate when you’re ready.
12) How does Aspiretech reduce hiring risk?
Specialization: Deep NetSuite/ERP knowledge (modules, integrations, functional vs. technical vs. hybrid roles)
Curated talent: Pre‑screened candidates matched to your environment
Flexible resourcing: Direct‑hire, project/contract, contract‑to‑hire (under separate agreement)

13) What geographies do you cover?
We support clients across North America. For international or cross‑border scenarios, we’ll confirm feasibility and compliance up front.
14) Can Aspiretech help with executive and leadership roles?
